For a typical Enterprise project CloudTech will allocate a Project Manager, a CRM Consultant and a Developer. You will need to allocate an Internal Project Manager, a Subject Matter Expert and a Business Sponsor.

Each project begins with a comprehensive requirements gathering session (sometimes more than one is required, depending on the complexity), collecting information about the use cases and clearly defining the business objectives that will generate the ROI for the project. Detailed scoping is critically important: scope, re-scope ... and re-scope again.
A detailed scoping document is produced after the requirements session, which ensures that the business requirements have been captured in detail and also provides an estimate of the total project effort and duration.
These phases are cyclical and can go through many iterations, depending on how many changes are needed. A typical CRM implementation project goes through 2-3 iterations.
The Configuration phase covers the initial CRM set up and out-of-the-box configuration, using standard modules and functionality. CloudTech follows a template-based approach to reduce risk and ensure predictable results.
The Development phase will come in where code-level changes are required to customise the CRM. Following Agile project methodology and other project management best practices, CloudTech will get a working example of custom code in front of you as quickly as possible, and respond to feedback dynamically to provide tangible results.
Solution Reviews will be held regularly with you to make sure that the CRM solution design is fully aligned with your requirements detailed in the scoping document. The Solution Review is a crucial collaboration point between CloudTech and you to guarantee project success.
Once the solution has been finalised, we can begin importing the data that you want to use in the CRM. Data is the biggest risk to the success of the project, so it is vital that the data is cleansed and presented in the correct format for the CRM. CloudTech reduces that risk by using purpose-built templates and providing expert guidance on best practice data cleansing techniques.
CloudTech also requests sample data during the requirements phase to reduce this risk further, often pre-empting data quality issues before they can impact project delivery at the Data Load phase.
Reporting is one of the most rich and complex features of a CRM system, so CloudTech takes the time to engage with you fully to understand your reporting requirements.

Once you are ready to start using your new system, CloudTech will spend time onsite to provide support for end user and system admin training. Training is conducted in a group environment and is delivered in a presentation and exercise style. We recognise the importance of training and include 'training excercises' to ensure that staff are confident and ready to support the new system.
